We will be starting off the Summer with our Inaugural Wood Fired Pizza Party on May 17 4-7pm. This will be on the patio at Birch Road.
Two Somms will provide dough, sauces and some ingredients, along with a variety of good "Pizza Wine." Please bring any ingredients to share and make your own special pizza!!!
$25/person- invite all your friends!!!!
May 29th will be our class on Merlot- why it got dissed and why you are missing some incredible wines if you don't drink Merlot!!!!

Bob “The Wineguy” passed his Advanced Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 1995. With over 30 years of experience including running two nationally recognized restaurant wine programs. Specializing in wine auctions and private cellar evaluation.

Brad Vanderpool Certified Sommelier, Certified Italian Wine Specialist
Brad passed his Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2002. Brad ran and operated a top Italian restaurant, an Italian import company and a high end wine store over the last 30 years.
